Q: How do I book on this site?

A: To book valet airport parking with Eden Parking, select the times and the dates and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your booking.

You give us a call an hour before you arrive at the terminal. One of our chauffeurs will meet you at the pre-arranged meeting point and confirm your details and then park your vehicle securely in our secure car park. Upon your return, as soon as you have landed, call the number provided and one of our chauffeurs will meet you with your vehicle at the pre-arranged meeting point.

Q: How does Eden Parking meet and greet work?

Q: When do I make the payment?

A: When you have completed the online booking form, you will be taken to a secure payment page where you will be able to pay via your desired method of payment (Paypal, debit or credit card).

After you have booked with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive your confirmation email.

If for some reason you have not received an email from Eden Parking within a 24 hour period after booking please check your spam or junk folders first before contacting us. If you still haven’t received it, then please contact our customer service team to request another email. Please ensure you include your booking reference in the submission form.

Q: What will I receive when I book?

A: After you have booked with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Ensure your email address is correct to receive your confirmation email.

Q: I have made a booking but haven’t received a confirmation email?

A: If for some reason you have not received an email from Eden Parking within a 24 hour period after booking please check your spam or junk folders first before contacting us to make sure the confirmation email is not in there. If you still haven’t received it, please contact our customer service team to request another email. Please ensure you include your booking reference in the submission form.

Q: What happens if my return flight is delayed?

A: We will monitor your flight if we have your return flight number.

Q: What happens if my flight is cancelled or changed?

A: If your flight is cancelled please contact us and supply us with your new flight details and the terminal that you will be arriving at. Remember to have your booking reference handy.

Q: Are your chauffeurs insured to drive my vehicle?

A: Yes, as required by law all our chauffeurs are insured to drive your vehicle.

Q: I want to cancel or change my booking, will this be a problem?

A: If you give us 24 hours notice we will then refund your payment. If you want to cancel later then we regret that we are unable give you a refund.
